Job Title:Zoho One Implementation and Administration Specialist – Business Operations Platform
We are seeking a skilled Zoho One expert with proven experience in designing, implementing, and architecting integrated business operations platforms to lead our transition from fragmented tools to a unified Zoho One ecosystem.
You will take ownership of designing and configuring over 45 Zoho applications—such as customer support (Zoho Desk), marketing automation (Zoho Campaigns), financial management (Zoho Books), HR (Zoho People), and electronic signatures (Zoho Sign)—while ensuring seamless integration, custom workflows, and scalable adoption across departments.

Key Responsibilities
Zoho One Design, Implementation & Management
· Architect and lead the end-to-end implementation of Zoho One across the organization, including designing custom configurations for:
· Customer support (Zoho Desk)
· Marketing automation (Zoho Campaigns)
· Document storage and sharing (Zoho WorkDrive)
· Financial management and payroll (Zoho Books)
· HR processes (Zoho People)
· Electronic signatures (Zoho Sign)
· Collaboration tools (Zoho Cliq, Zoho Meeting)
· Design and build workflows, Zia AI automations, and integrations tailored to business requirements, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
· Oversee data migration from legacy tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, NextCloud, DocuSign) using Zoho Zwitch or similar methods, with a focus on clean, accurate transfers.
· Establish platform security protocols, user access controls, and compliance standards during the initial setup phase.
· Develop comprehensive training programs, user guides, and adoption strategies to empower teams and minimize resistance during rollout. Platform Operations & Support
· Provide expert support for Zoho One users post-implementation, troubleshooting issues and optimizing configurations as needs evolve.
· Handle user onboarding/offboarding, including provisioning accounts and fine-tuning permissions based on role-based access.
· Monitor system performance, identify opportunities for enhancements, and scale the platform to support company growth.
· Maintain detailed documentation of designs, workflows, configurations, and best practices for long-term maintainability.
· Partner with Zoho support, vendors, and internal teams for advanced integrations or custom solutions.
· Facilitate ongoing integrations between Zoho One and third-party tools to extend functionality.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
· 3+ years of experience in SaaS platform administration, with at least 2 years specifically designing and implementing Zoho One or comparable integrated business suites (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Monday.com, ServiceNow).
· Demonstrated success in at least one full end-to-end implementation project, including system architecture, custom workflow design, data migration, and user rollout.
· Proficiency in configuring Zoho applications, automations (e.g., Zia AI, Deluge scripting), and integrations.
· Strong problem-solving skills for technical troubleshooting, with the ability to design solutions for complex business processes in CRM, marketing, finance, or HR.
· Excellent communication and training abilities to guide non-technical teams through implementation and adoption.
· Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Creator Certified Developer, Zoho CRM Administrator) or equivalent.
· Organizational prowess to manage implementation timelines, multiple stakeholders, and documentation.
Nice-to-Have:
· Experience with advanced data migration tools (e.g., Zoho Zwitch, API-based imports).
· Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices for cloud platforms.
· Exposure to business analytics or reporting tools within Zoho (e.g., Zoho Analytics).
· Knowledge of complementary tools like Zapier for extended integrations.

Pay: $55,500.00-$75,000.00 per year
