Permanent CFO Role
Privatal is currently working with a large-cap private equity investor in the search for a new group CFO for their chemical manufacturing and service company that is aiming for a private equity exit.
The Ideal CFO Profile
- Demonstrated experience in business models related to chemical services, chemical manufacturing, broader basic material production, and or similar business models.
- Demonstrated experience in margin improvement, operational excellence, and streamlining processes in an international group.
- Demonstrated experience in exit readiness, ideally leading a private equity exit.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with banks, audits, external consultants, private equity fund, and regulators.
- Demonstrated experience and focus on successful management of cash, NWC, and other liquidity topics to increase cash position.
- Fluency in German and English is seen as a must.
- Nice to have worked in a private equity-backed chemical company
- Nice to have worked in a chemical company >100M sales.
