Role Objective
To lead the company’s financial strategy, controls, compliance, and risk management, ensuring strong governance, profitability, and sustainable growth in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance
- Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Cost control, margin improvement, and working capital optimization
- Finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handling statutory audits, internal audits, and liaison with auditors
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory laws
- Monitor capex, plant investments, and ROI
- Support management with financial insights, MIS, and strategic decision-making
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial discipline across units
- Banking relationships, fund management, and credit facilities
Key Skills & Expertise
- Strong exposure to manufacturing finance
- Deep knowledge of taxation, compliance, and audit
- Financial strategy, risk management, and governance
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Qualification & Experience
- CA (Mandatory) / MBA Finance preferred
- 15–20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Minimum 7–10 years in a senior leadership role
- Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
