Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function.
The CFO will play a critical leadership role in driving financial strategy, managing global operations, ensuring compliance, and strengthening risk management frameworks. This role requires deep expertise in multi-branch accounting, international finance operations, and cross-border regulatory environments.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the Board and senior management
- Drive long-term financial planning and business sustainability
Global & Multi-Branch Operations
- Oversee financial operations across international locations and multi-branch structures
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local statutory regulations across geographies
- Strengthen financial governance across global entities
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and efficient resource allocation
- Support business decision-making through data-driven financial insights
Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and audit readiness
- Manage compliance with tax regulations, FEMA, transfer pricing, and statutory requirements
- Maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks
Treasury & Risk Management
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and funding strategies
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through structured policies and controls
- Ensure optimal capital utilization and liquidity management
Stakeholder & Investor Management
- Collaborate with auditors, regulatory bodies, banks, and financial institutions
- Support fundraising initiatives, M&A activities, and investor relations
- Act as a key financial advisor to leadership and external stakeholders
Key Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 15+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with 5+ years in a leadership/CXO role
- Strong experience in international financial operations and multi-branch accounting
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, Indian Accounting Standards, and cross-border taxation
- Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and financial modeling
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
