Brief Summary Of Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Salesforce Administrator & CPQ Specialist to join our dynamic and growing team within the Business Office. This hybrid role is ideal for an individual with 3+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
You will be instrumental in developing custom CPQ solutions, providing essential Admin support, and managing the day-to-day health of our platform. This position is critical to freeing up the time of our Salesforce Product Owner & CPQ Admin, allowing them to focus on complex, strategic work.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage standard Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, assignment rules, and security profiles/permission sets.
- Design, build, and optimize business processes using Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows) and maintain legacy Process Builder/Workflow Rules.
- Manage user setup, profiles, roles, security settings, and licensing, ensuring appropriate access controls are maintained.
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-user support, troubleshoot issues, manage the user support queue, and train end-users on new features or processes.
- Assist with data loading, data cleansing, and ensuring data integrity across the platform using tools like Data Loader.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective, balanced solutions (declarative vs. programmatic).
- Brainstorm and prototype new concepts and approaches quickly, turning prototypes into real time
- Work with the product owner and business analysts to meet the expectations of our internal stakeholders, while at the same time continuing to innovate

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent
- 3+ years of professional development and/or administration experience within the Salesforce platform.
- Demonstrated proficiency in core Salesforce Administration tasks, including user management, security setup, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Proven experience with CPQ configuration and functionality
- Strong, recent experience designing complex business processes using Salesforce Flow.
- Strong grasp of the Salesforce data model, security model, and experience with standard declarative automation tools.
- Active Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification is required or highly preferred. Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) is also highly preferred.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, a customer service-oriented approach to support, and strong written/verbal communication.
- Strong knowledge of Lightning experience (LWC)
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology

Preferred
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification strongly preferred
- Superbadge of LEX is preferred
- Experience with Salesforce Sandboxes and Release Management best practices.
