You will be the strategic partner responsible for owning and delivering high-quality, high-impact talent across our critical Go-To-Market (GTM) functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success). Your primary focus will be scaling our business internationally with the right mix of experienced, proven builders.
Full-Cycle GTM Leadership: Own and execute the entire recruitment lifecycle for critical, experienced GTM roles (mid-level to senior), from defining the strategic hiring need to closing the deal.
Speed, Quality & Pipeline: Drive a hyper-efficient, data-informed process, ensuring we hire fast without compromising quality. Proactively execute direct sourcing for top-tier, passive GTM talent.
Challenge & Influence: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, using data and market expertise to challenge hiring assumptions and push for consistently high talent standards.
Process Elevation: Take Full Ownership of improving our TA processes, tools, and interviewer training. If you see something broken, you fix it and implement the change.
Scale-Up DNA: Experience managing full-cycle TA, hiring GTM roles specifically within scaling startups or high-growth technology companies.
Confidence & Influence: Exceptional capability to manage, influence, and push back on senior stakeholders with credibility and data to maintain hiring standards.
Adaptability & Velocity: The ability to thrive and pivot quickly in an environment where strategies and priorities can change weekly. Comfort with ambiguity is essential.
Full Ownership Mindset: Demonstrated proactive behavior. You don't wait for permission; you identify the need, design the solution, and execute.

Compensation Range: €55K - €80K
