A Series A AI healthtech startup is hiring a Business Operations Generalist to work directly with the founding team on customer deployments, go-to-market execution, and strategic initiatives.
The company builds AI agents used by leading pharma companies and global research organisations to solve one of the biggest bottlenecks in clinical trials. Backed by top-tier investors, the business already has strong revenue traction and enterprise customers.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will be close to customers, product, and founders, and your work will directly impact adoption, revenue, and how the company scales.
What you’ll do
- Own and drive customer deployments end-to-end
- Turn customer insights into product and operational improvements
- Build and improve processes across GTM, pricing, and operations
- Partner closely with founders on high-impact strategic projects
- Help shape operating models as the company grows
Who this is for
- 1–3 years’ experience in Strategy & Ops, BizOps, consulting, IB, or a high-growth startup
- Strong analytical and execution skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership
- Interest in AI, healthcare, and early-stage companies
- Able to work on-site in San Francisco (no visa sponsorship)
