One of our early-stage investments focused on AI-driven cybersecurity is hiring a Business Operations Associate. The team is building agentic systems that analyze large-scale enterprise data to proactively detect and address threats as attacks grow faster and more sophisticated. Since coming out of stealth, the company has gained strong early traction with large enterprises operating complex production environments.
About the Role
As a Business Operations Associate, you’ll be a true generalist working directly with company leadership on the highest-priority problems at any given time. This is a dynamic, high-ownership role—one quarter you might run operational reviews, the next you might support hiring initiatives or help build the company’s external presence. You’ll get rare exposure to how a category-defining company is built end-to-end, making this a great fit for someone excited by company-building and long-term leadership growth.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with founders and leaders on strategic and operational initiatives
- Run operational reviews to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Support the talent function across hiring strategy, processes, and special projects
- Help grow the company’s community and brand through events, partnerships, and content
- Take ownership of new priorities as they emerge and drive them to impact
About You
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, VC, or early-stage startups
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal structure
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and clear communication
- Relationship-builder who works well across technical and non-technical teams
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel
- High-ownership mindset with a bias toward action
