This is a founder-level executive role at a pivotal moment for the company. The CEO/CFO will lead the strategy behind the release, marketing, and long-term operation of Your Next Life, while ensuring the financial foundation of the company is strong, credible, and sustainable.
The CEO/CFO serves as the central point of leadership for direction, fundraising, and financial stewardship, working in close partnership with an established Chief Operating Officer who oversees day-to-day execution. This role requires deep belief in the mission and a genuine desire to build something that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

Core Responsibilities
Executive Leadership & Mission Stewardship
- Serve as the primary steward of YNL Global’s mission and the long-term vision of Your Next Life
- Set, communicate, and refine company strategy as the product moves from release into growth and scale
- Ensure strategic, financial, and operational decisions remain aligned with mission and impact
- Act as the final decision-maker on company-wide priorities and resource allocation
- Provide stability and clarity during executive leadership transition
Product Strategy, Release & Market Execution (CEO Function)
- Own the end-to-end strategy for the release and ongoing evolution of Your Next Life
- Define and monitor success metrics for launch, adoption, engagement, and retention
- Lead go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, and audience targeting
- Guide marketing strategy to ensure clarity of value and mission alignment
- Evaluate product-market fit and adjust strategy based on user feedback and performance data
- Ensure operational readiness to support growth without compromising user experience
Financial Strategy, Modeling & Sustainability (CFO Function)
- Develop and maintain financial models reflecting real-world usage, growth scenarios, and risk
- Design and refine pricing structures that balance accessibility, sustainability, and scale
- Establish budgets, forecasts, and cash runway plans to support informed decision-making
- Ensure financial discipline, controls, and transparency across the organization
- Translate financial data into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
Fundraising, Partnerships & Capital Leadership
- Lead all fundraising and capital strategy efforts for YNL Global
- Craft and communicate compelling narratives connecting mission, product value, and financial opportunity
- Identify, pursue, and secure mission-aligned investors, partners, and funding sources
- Lead investor outreach, diligence, negotiations, and closing activities
- Evaluate partnerships that expand reach while preserving mission integrity
Organizational Alignment & COO Partnership
- Partner closely with the COO to align strategic direction with operational execution
- Establish clear decision rights and accountability across executive leadership
- Provide financial and strategic guardrails to support day-to-day operations
- Identify and resolve organizational risks or misalignment
Culture, Leadership & External Representation
- Model mission-driven leadership grounded in clarity, accountability, and empathy
- Foster a culture of ownership, trust, and purpose
- Support leadership development and organizational growth
- Represent YNL Global and Your Next Life with credibility and conviction in external settings
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior executive or founder experience in a mission-driven, product-based organization
- Strong belief in helping people navigate life and career transitions
- Demonstrated success leading product launches or growth initiatives
- Deep financial modeling, pricing strategy, and capital experience
- Proven ability to secure partnerships or investment
- Comfortable operating in an equity-first, founder-level role
- Clear, thoughtful communicator with internal and external stakeholders
Compensation & Ownership Philosophy
This is an equity-first, founder-level role, reflecting our belief that leadership at this level should be grounded in ownership, commitment, and long-term value creation.
- The role begins as an equity-based leadership position
- Salary compensation will be introduced once the company achieves financial sustainability, based on revenue performance, cash stability, and successful fundraising
- Equity structure, vesting schedule, and governance rights will be defined at the time of appointment
- This role is intended for a long-term executive partner aligned with the mission and growth of Your Next Life
