Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive sustainable growth. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, risk analysis, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals, including revenue management, business development, and market analysis.
- Oversee corporate accounting functions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and other regulatory frameworks such as ASC 606 and COSO.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and profit & loss management.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow optimization, banking relationships, and risk management initiatives.
- Supervise financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate interpretation of financial reports for stakeholders and regulatory reporting bodies.
- Oversee risk analysis activities related to SOX compliance, internal controls, governmental accounting standards, and overall risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive cost control initiatives through expense management, cost management practices, supply chain oversight, and cost accounting procedures.
- Lead negotiations for mergers & acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, or other business development opportunities to expand organizational capacity.
- Supervise finance teams responsible for payroll management, technical accounting tasks, tax accounting, and financial software systems.
- Foster leadership within the finance department by mentoring staff and promoting continuous improvement in financial concepts and analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles with a strong background in corporate finance and strategic planning.
- Extensive knowledge of financial concepts including revenue cycle management, profit & loss analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management.
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance standards such as GAAP, IFRS, IAS, SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), ASC 606 revenue recognition standards, and COSO internal controls framework.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, business analysis, risk assessment, market analysis, and supply chain finance.
- Experience supervising teams responsible for governmental accounting or non-profit accounting is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills paired with a proactive approach to business development initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software systems coupled with strong analysis skills to interpret complex financial data effectively.

Pay: $95,582.06 - $115,109.59 per year
