We’re looking for a hands-on financial leader to partner closely with the CEO and drive profitability, operational discipline, and long-term growth. This role blends day-to-day financial leadership with strategic influence across the business, including M&A, capital strategy, and operational performance.
What You’ll Do
- Drive margin improvement through cost discipline, pricing insight, and operational analysis
- Partner with operations to identify inefficiencies across labor, materials, and project costing
- Build scalable financial processes, systems, and forecasting capabilities
- Lead and align Accounting, IT, and Equipment functions
- Leverage data and analytics to improve decision-making and performance
- Support M&A strategy, diligence, and integration
- Own financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management
- Manage relationships with shareholders, lenders, and bonding partners
- Contribute to board reporting, governance, and long-term ownership planning
