Global Sales Operations Lead to join our team in
Chicago IL / Boyceville WI / remotely.
The
Global Sales Operations Lead plays a critical role in enabling and optimizing the performance of our global sales organization. This position is responsible for managing processes, tools, and data that empower front-line sales teams to sell better, faster, and more efficiently. You will design and implement sales processes, oversee data and reporting requirements, and provide strategic insights to drive business growth.
As a key partner to the global sales team, you will facilitate the sales process through data-driven strategies, best practices for training, and technology adoption. Ultimately, you will help ensure that our sales teams can focus on what they do best selling.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis:
- Deliver accurate reporting on sales and campaign results;
- provide actionable insights through Power BI dashboards and analytics
Sales Enablement
- Organize and maintain sales collateral;
- support onboarding, training, and capability development for sales teams.
Technology & Tools
- Act as CRM “Super User” and administrator;
- support integration and training of tools including D365, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.
Pipeline Management
- Oversee lead generation, opportunity tracking, and pipeline analysis to identify trends and optimize conversion rates.
Collaboration
- Work closely with regional sales leads on account allocation and territory planning;
- assist marketing with go-to-market strategies and commercialization campaigns.
Event Coordination
- Support sales events and trade shows as needed.
Strategic Insights
- Provide analysis on sales process optimization, automation, workflows, and performance metrics.
You Should Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Advanced computing proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems, Power BI, and D365.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work across diverse teams and functions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Professional experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Willingness to travel internationally 3–4 times per year.
