🫵 Why We Need You
This role is a true Operations role responsible for bringing clarity, structure, and executional rigor to the business. We’re hiring an Business Operations Manager to build, run, and optimize HubSpot and our connected GTM systems as the operational backbone of our revenue engine.
This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You will spend most of your time inside HubSpot and its integrations — configuring workflows, fixing data issues, improving lead routing, supporting sales execution, and ensuring our GTM teams can operate efficiently at scale. This role will start as 90% tactical and 10% strategic while integrating tools, but will ultimately get to 60% tactical and 40% strategic.
You will be working in the following environment:Â
- A large transactional b2b cold-call sales organization
- High-volume outbound and inbound motion
- Multiple AEs making 80–100+ dials per day
- Complex routing, attribution, billing, and delivery handoffs
- A customer base of 3,800+ businesses
You will not own GTM strategy. You will operationalize it — translating leadership direction into clean, reliable, scalable systems.
You’ll report to the VP of Sales Operations, partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders, and manage 2 operations specialists or contractors as we scale. You will design, build and execute cross-functional strategies into clear processes. You will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, overseeing integrations.
🚀 The Impact You’ll Have:
Operational Ownership
- Own execution of cross-functional initiatives from start to finish
- Act as the single point of accountability for operational outcomes
- Proactively identify breakdowns in process, ownership, or execution and resolve them
Process Design & Enforcement
- Design, document, and maintain clear, scalable SOPs
- Standardize workflows across teams to reduce ambiguity and errors
- Enforce operational standards, SLAs, and expectations consistently
Systems & Tooling
- Own core business systems (CRM, automation tools, internal workflows)
- Ensure systems are usable, reliable, and aligned to business needs
- Balance speed of execution with data integrity and long-term scalability
✅ What We Really Need From You
- Must have experience managing 2-5+ people.
- Must have experience working with Hubspot.
- Must have administrator level experience with Hubspot. Hands on experience creating workflows and campaigns in support of Sales, Customer Success and Helpdesk work spaces.
- Must have Administrator level experience with Jira.
- Pandadoc or similar tool experience.
- Aloware or similar tool experience.
- Revenue hero or Chilipiper experience.
- Make or Zapier experience.
- Hands on with API Integration experience.
- JavaScript experience is nice to have, but at a minimum must be able to partner with technical/engineering partners that do have a technical understanding of JavaScript.
- Experience working with Stripe Data.
- Experience integrating tools and processes.
- Engineering Background or Engineering Degree is a plus.
