Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with strong experience in Sales Cloud configuration, system support, user management, flows, document automation, and reporting. The role will be responsible for managing day-to-day Salesforce operations, supporting business teams, developing scalable automation, developing salesforce development, driving release management and improving CRM usability across the organization.
About Role
Configure Sales Cloud objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, and flows.
Manage users, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings.
Maintain reports, dashboards, and custom report types.
Provide user support and troubleshoot issues related to visibility, access, and data.
Conduct manual regression testing and support deployment cycles.
Perform data operations using Data Loader and Workbench.
Build and maintain flows, approval workflows, email alerts, and automation.
Participate in requirement gathering sessions and user story definition.
Document feature specifications, test scripts, UAT notes, and workflows.
Collaborate with business teams, conduct training, and perform user enablement.
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
4–7+ years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud administration or RevOps.
Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce roles, profiles, permissions Territory Management.
Reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Data loading & ETL concepts (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, Salesforce Inspector or any downstream data management tools).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly with sales operational data.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification.
Exposure to Sales Operations, CPQ, Renewals or Q2C.
Experience with large data sets and data quality management.
Familiarity with GTM planning and sales forecasting.
Knowledge of SOQL/SOSL, Flow, and platform automation is an added advantage
