Sr Revenue Operations Analyst. This role is based in India, Bengaluru.

Position Summary
The Sr Revenue Operations Analyst will be primarily responsible for analyzing contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities, managing operational execution of New, Renewals, Partner & Professional service contracts while ensuring accuracy, compliance and system integrity within Salesforce.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role that works closely with our large and growing team of Sales, Support, Marketing, Professional services, Partner operations and Revenue Operations, Finance & Legal to ensure contracts are executed correctly and reflected accurately in Salesforce CRM post deal. The Sr Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible to manage Salesforce objects, workflows, approvals process and validations related to contracts and SOWs.
The Sr Revenue Operations Analyst will also be responsible for other services as needed based on Rimini Street’s diverse and evolving needs.
Primary responsibilities:
Contract Operations
- Complete end-to-end contracts entries for New & Renewal business, Professional Services and Partner agreements (SOWs, Amendments, Change orders, Terminations, etc).
- Take ownership of process flows, identify gaps, determine best practices and suggest improvements to process flows.
- Entering Commission information from contracts into Salesforce.
- Complete the Close Win process in Salesforce to ensure accurate downstream processes.
- Identifying and reporting client contracts that have Special Termination Rights or Contingent language.
- Facilitate processing of Client Terminations.
- Accountable for ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
Professional Services & Partner Registration Support
- Provide Operations Support in Salesforce to the Professional Services Organization
- Maintain accurate records of partner agreements, amendments, and renewal.
- Develop reporting and analytics in support of partner team
Salesforce Business partner
- Provide support to the Revenue organization as a business partner with IT for Salesforce.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards in SFDC
- Enter tickets and manage the progress to completion for Salesforce updates/changes for Revenue Operations.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities

Experience
- Minimum 8+ years' experience in Sales Operation/Contracts Management/Order management/Professional Services Operations in a Software or SaaS company, or equivalent related work experience.
Skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and MS Office is a Must. A deeper understanding of Salesforce Setup, validations and trigger workflows is desired.
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle flows, clauses, terms, and legal implications.
- Experience with Close Win process and commission data entry.
- Experience working with ServiceNow SPM or other PMO preferred
- Critical thinking and attention to detail in identifying gaps and inconsistencies.
- Experience in supporting Partner teams.
- Experience in supporting Professional Services teams.
- Quick learner with strong execution and follow-through mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills to successfully work in cross functional teams.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
