About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Marketing/Revenue Operations Coordinator is a key enabler of Amii’s revenue and marketing success. This role accelerates the revenue pipeline by ensuring the seamless execution of initiatives, meetings, events, reporting, and cross-team coordination. By providing strong operational, project, and logistical support across the Revenue team, the Coordinator strengthens operational excellence and connection—freeing the team to focus on strategy, relationship-building, revenue growth, and high-impact marketing campaigns.
At the heart of this role is a commitment to operational excellence across three core accountabilities. The Marketing/Revenue Operations Coordinator keeps the Revenue team moving efficiently through strong revenue operations coordination supporting meetings, tracking actions, and enabling clear cross-team communication. The role also supports the planning, execution, and reporting of events, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives that directly contribute to Amii’s partnership pipeline and brand awareness. Finally, the Coordinator ensures strong reporting, data, and systems administration by maintaining accurate CRM and marketing data, managing documents and projects, and overseeing day-to-day administrative needs such as travel bookings and expense reconciliation. Together, these accountabilities create the structure and clarity that allow the Revenue team to do its best work.
Required Skills / Expertise
Key Responsibilities:
In this role you will:

Coordinate meetings, calendars, and action tracking to support the efficient day-to-day operations of the Revenue team
- Provide operational and administrative support, including travel bookings, expense submissions and reconciliation, purchase orders, and vendor invoice processing
- Support cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure initiatives move forward smoothly
- Support the planning and execution of revenue-generating events and marketing initiatives, including logistics, registrations, vendor coordination, and materials management
- Track event and campaign expenses and budgets, and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with revenue objectives
- Maintain accurate and well-organized data in CRM and marketing systems by updating records, tagging leads, and supporting pipeline and list management
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and summaries related to events, campaigns, and revenue performance using Excel or Google Sheets
- Use approved tools, including AI and project-management systems, to improve efficiency, maintain organization, and continuously strengthen operational processes
Required Qualifications:
Areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this position:

1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, event support, marketing operations, or revenue operations support.
- Diploma/degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) — an asset.
- Experience with project-management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Comfortable working with metrics and basic analysis (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Experience working in a fast-paced or high-growth environment (nice to have).
