The Mission
Your primary objective is to turn the sales team into the company’s greatest asset. You will be responsible for driving profitable, efficient growth by scaling the Go-To-Market (GTM) engine and ensuring product development is relentlessly led by market demand and customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale the GTM Engine: Design and deploy a high-velocity revenue engine. You won't just lead a team; you will architect the repeatable playbooks and data-driven frameworks that turn market potential into predictable, compounding growth.
- Strategic Advisory: Serve as a core advisor to the CEO, eventually taking full ownership of daily sales operations to allow for broader strategic expansion.
- Product & Tech Influence: Act as the primary "voice of the customer," directly influencing financial product design and the technology roadmap to ensure "big logo" partner wins.
- Drive Transaction Velocity: Oversee a sharp increase in transaction volume and outbound outreach, aiming for a 30x increase in daily transactions.
- Embedded Hedging Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to build out and scale new embedded hedging verticals and partnerships.
- Operational Excellence: Modernize the sales motion by maximizing AI for sales enablement and implementing progressive strategies.
