As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Part-Time CFO to provide strategic financial leadership and support the next phase of our growth.
The Role
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the executive team and Board, the Part-Time CFO will take ownership of Navenio’s financial strategy, governance, and commercial decision-making. This is a hands-on, strategic role suited to a senior finance leader who enjoys working with growing SaaS businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and evolve Navenio’s financial strategy in line with growth objectives
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modelling
- Support SaaS metrics and reporting (ARR, MRR, churn, LTV, CAC, unit economics)
- Advise on pricing, commercial models, and contract structures
- Manage financial governance, controls, and compliance
- Support Board reporting and investor communications
- Provide guidance on fundraising, grants, and long-term capital planning as required
About You
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent senior finance role
- Strong background in SaaS businesses
- Experience in healthcare systems in the UK, US, or Canada would be highly beneficial
- Deep understanding of SaaS financial metrics and subscription-based revenue models
- Experience supporting scaling businesses, including growth planning and investor engagement
- Commercially minded, pragmatic, and comfortable working in a hands-on capacity
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at executive and Board level
