Role Overview
This is a commercial leadership role responsible for driving market entry, revenue growth, and partner ecosystem development for AI-powered solutions in the digital infrastructure space.
The role bridges product innovation and customer needs, translating technical capabilities into scalable commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including target segmentation, pricing, and revenue models
- Build and manage a sales pipeline across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise customers
- Lead enterprise deal origination, negotiations, and contract closures
Partnership & Ecosystem Development
- Identify and establish partnerships with system integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners
- Build joint value propositions and co-selling programs with partners
- Manage long-term partner relationships to drive mutual growth
Market & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Represent the company in industry events and strategic customer discussions
- Gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align market needs with solution capabilities
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships
- Experience in AI software, data center technology, energy, sustainability, or digital infrastructure preferred
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred for engagement with Chinese-speaking clients
