We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Engagement Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving successful client engagements across both private and public sectors. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of designing and implementing operationally viable workplans for go-to-market strategies. You will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships, ensuring project success, and contributing to the overall growth of our business.
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complex client engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market workplans, ensuring operational viability and measurable outcomes for both private and public sector clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering to tailor engagement strategies effectively.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges, proactively developing and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., sales, product, technical) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to engagement teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engagement methodologies and best practices.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in client engagement and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in client-facing roles, with a significant portion focused on engagement management or program management.
- Demonstrated experience successfully leading engagements in both the private and public sectors.
- Proven ability to design and implement structured, operationally viable workplans for go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of building and managing strong client relationships.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
