Your responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for the company's financial strategy and planning.
- Management and further development of finance and accounting.
- Ensuring compliance with all financial and legal regulations.
- Working closely with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement the company's strategy.
- Responsibility for budgeting, financial reporting and risk management.
- Managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and integrating new acquisitions.
- Optimising financial processes and systems to support company growth.
- Reporting directly to investors.
Your profile:
- Degree in business administration, economics or a comparable field of study.
- Several years of professional experience in a senior finance position, ideally as CFO in the supply chain or logistics industry.
- Proven experience in working with private equity investors.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Willingness to travel and flexibility.
