We are seeking an experienced Advisor to support Holionix’s leadership team with strategic direction, market insights, and executive-level guidance—without being involved in day-to-day operations.
Role PurposeThe Advisor will act as a trusted sounding board to the founders and leadership team, helping shape strategy, sharpen market positioning, and de-risk critical business decisions as Holionix scales.
This is a non-executive, non-operational role, focused on high-impact guidance, network access, and strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities1.
Strategic Direction & Business Growth- Advise leadership on overall business strategy, growth priorities, and market focus.
- Support transition from PoC / demo engagements to repeatable, scalable revenue models.
- Provide guidance on pricing strategies, commercial models, and enterprise contracting approaches.
2. Go-to-Market & Market Positioning- Advise on target industries, ideal customer profiles, and buyer personas.
- Help refine Holionix’s value proposition and differentiation in the AI voice agent space.
- Review and challenge go-to-market plans, partnerships, and expansion strategies.
3. Enterprise Sales & Customer Engagement Support- Provide guidance on enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes, and stakeholder management.
- Support preparation for high-stakes customer meetings (C-level, innovation heads, procurement).
- Where appropriate, enable warm introductions or credibility support (non-binding).
4. Product & Solution Direction (Advisory Level)- Offer strategic input on product roadmap alignment with market needs.
- Help balance customization vs. productization decisions.
- Review customer feedback trends and advise on prioritization.
5. Risk Management & Decision Support- Act as an independent voice to challenge assumptions and highlight risks.
- Support leadership in evaluating strategic options (build vs. partner, pilot vs. scale).
- Provide governance-level insight without operational interference.
Engagement Model- Advisory role only (no day-to-day execution or people management)
- Time commitment: ~4 hours per week(flexible, as agreed)
- Engagement via:
- weekly or Monthly strategy calls
- Ad-hoc consultations for key decisions
- Periodic review of plans and proposals
Advisor ProfileRequired Experience- Senior leadership experience (CXO, VP, Founder, or Board-level)
- Strong background in one or more of the following:
- AI / Voice / Conversational AI
- Enterprise software or B2B technology
- Go-to-market and enterprise sales
- Industrial, automotive, or regulated industries
- Proven experience scaling early-stage or growth-stage companies

Compensation & Structure- Advisory compensation structure may include:
- Fixed advisory success based compensation
- Equity / ESOP-linked advisory arrangement
- Combination of cash + equity (based on involvement)
