On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a UAT Analyst - Global Business Operations for a 3-month contract role. This position is a remote position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
UAT Analyst - Global Business Operations - Job Description:
The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the code delivered by IT meets both the specified functionality and the ultimate needs of the business. This role involves reviewing business requirements, creating and executing comprehensive testing plans, and documenting defects. The UAT Analyst plays a crucial role in validating solutions and ensuring business readiness.
UAT Analyst - Global Business Operations - Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders and IT for project delivery
- Coordinate and execute tests to validate solutions
- Provide oversight for business readiness plans, including communication and training
- Mentor and guide other business analysts
- Analyze and interpret business requirements
- Create test scenarios and scripts for UAT
- Execute UAT and report test results
- Establish good working relationships within IT and business teams
UAT Analyst - Global Business Operations - Mandatory Skills:
- Ability to independently develop and follow test scripts with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working on large global projects
- Good understanding of the SDLC and cross-departmental cooperation
- Strong familiarity with MS Office and related products
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
UAT Analyst - Global Business Operations – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS service models
- Experience with Test Tracking and Execution tools like HP ALM, Jira
- Familiarity with MS Visual Studio/Azure DevOps
- Experience working at a professional services firm
- High degree of familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies

This is a 3-month contract position with a high probability of extension.
