Location: Newmarket, ON (on-site) – relocating to Aurora, ON in Q1 2026

About the Role
Eco Guardian is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, a newly created role designed to support our continued growth. This position supports the expansion of our national sales team and broker network and plays a key role in enabling effective sales execution.
In this role, you will work closely with Sales Leadership, internal sales and customer service representatives, and brokerage partners to provide reporting, insights, and operational support. This is a hands-on, on-site role well suited for someone who brings experience, sound judgment, and industry best practices, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
This role is currently based in Newmarket, ON and will relocate to our new manufacturing facility in Aurora, ON in Q1 2026.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will:
- Support sales leaders and sales teams with recurring reporting, performance insights, and analysis
- Prepare sales data and materials to support weekly meetings and ongoing sales cadence
- Monitor sales performance across regions and channels and help identify trends, opportunities, and issues
- Act as an internal point of contact for key online sales platforms and customers
- Partner with Finance to support pricing updates and implementation
- Ensure product information, images, and listings are accurate across sales and online channels
- Support internal sales representatives and brokerage partners with timely product, pricing, and operational information
- Assist with the coordination and execution of sales initiatives, launches, and commercial programs
- Maintain and improve sales tools, reports, catalogs, and materials using Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Contribute ideas and process improvements as the sales organization continues to grow
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, analytics, or a related role
- Experience supporting field sales teams and/or broker networks
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with sales data and reports
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exposure to online sales channels or e-commerce environments is an asset
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand broader business impact
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, confident communicator who works well across teams
- A practical, proactive, and collaborative working style
Work Location
This is a fully on-site role based in Newmarket, ON, with a planned move to Aurora, ON in Q1 2026. The new location is in a developing business park with limited public transit. There is no hybrid or remote option for this role currently.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000–$70,000 annually
- Permanent, full-time position
- Standard Monday to Friday work schedule
