ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an accomplished senior leader to drive RevOps, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations and strategic marketing across Asia Pacific. This role is pivotal in aligning sales, marketing, and customer success functions to accelerate growth, enhance operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. The RevOps Leader will lead initiatives that optimize revenue processes, strengthen brand presence, and deliver impactful strategies tailored to the region.
Revenue Operations & Commercial Excellence
- Define and execute regional revenue strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Streamline processes across lead generation, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Develop dashboards and analytics to track KPIs, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Drive adoption and optimization of CRM and enablement tools to improve productivity and data accuracy.
- Implement scalable workflows and best practices to enhance efficiency across revenue teams.
- Oversee design and automation of incentive plans to align with business goals and motivate performance.
Marketing & Strategic Planning
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to inform strategy.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans tailored to Asia Pacific markets.
- Manage regional marketing teams, ensuring alignment with global brand and strategy.
- Lead execution of digital campaigns and regional events to drive brand awareness and pipeline growth.
- Define KPIs for marketing initiatives and report ROI to senior leadership.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
THE QUALIFIED CANDIDATE:
A strategic, data-driven leader with deep expertise in revenue operations and marketing. Skilled at aligning cross-functional teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving transformation in complex organizations.
- Education Degree in Business, Marketing or other related fields
- > 12 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Revenue-related roles.
- Ability to lead large, diverse teams and manage change effectively
