We are a growing automotive engineering and manufacturing organization delivering advanced vehicle programs, low-to-mid volume production, and OEM-grade compliance solutions. Our work spans prototype development, limited production, regulatory certification, and scalable manufacturing.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Controller / CFO to lead financial strategy, reporting, and operational finance. This role is critical to supporting growth, capital planning, and disciplined execution across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate combines strategic financial leadership with strong operational accounting experience in manufacturing or automotive environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all accounting, finance, and treasury functions
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
Provide financial leadership for engineering programs, manufacturing operations, and capital investments
Oversee cost accounting, product costing, margin analysis, and variance reporting
Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning
Support OEM programs, audits, and compliance (including government or regulatory reporting when applicable)
Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy, pricing, and profitability
Establish and improve financial controls, systems, and processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
15+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
Savy accounting software experience and adapts well to face pace.
Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or industrial environments
Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory, and program-based financials
Experience supporting executive leadership and strategic decision-making
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to scale systems and teams
ERP system experience required
