We’re hiring a Business Operations Support Manager to join our team at Zeta Compliance Services, based in Bicester.
This is a newly created role reporting to the Head of Internal Operations. You will provide leadership and strategic oversight to our Planning and Scheduling team, ensuring operational excellence, scheduling precision, and continuous process enhancement, while supporting the organisation’s growth and service quality objectives.
This position is well-suited to a confident, highly organised professional with a coaching mindset and demonstrable experience in managing scheduling operations on a national scale.
What you receive for joining us:
We offer a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both professional and personal wellbeing. Here’s a look at some of the things you’ll be doing:

Provide leadership, mentorship, and development to Planning Coordinators responsible for nationwide engineer scheduling, fostering a high-performing and motivated team

Oversee scheduling operations, ensuring optimal deployment of engineers, providing support to field-based staff as required, and guiding the team through technological or procedural changes

Partner with the Head of Internal Operations to analyse operational challenges, identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions, and refine processes to enhance efficiency

Represent the company with professionalism both internally and externally, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and the achievement of strategic business objectives, while ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety policies
