Salesforce Developer – CPQ, Sales Cloud & RLM1
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce applications aligned with best practices.
Sales Cloud
- Configure and customize Sales Cloud features including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, and Reports/Dashboards.
- Implement advanced automation using Flows, Process Builder (legacy), Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
- Optimize sales workflows and pipeline management.
Salesforce CPQ
- Design and implement Salesforce CPQ solutions including:
- Product configuration, Bundles, Options & Features
- Pricing, Discount Schedules, Price Rules
- Quote Templates, Document Generation
- Advanced Approval Processes
- Support complex quoting scenarios and performance optimization.
Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM)
- Develop and support RLM solutions covering:
- Contract creation and amendments
- Subscription and usage-based billing models
- Renewals, Amendments, and Revenue recognition support
- Integrate CPQ with downstream systems for billing and revenue processing.
Integrations & Data
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and platform events.
- Support data migration and synchronization across Salesforce and external systems.
Testing & Deployment
- Write unit tests and ensure >75% code coverage.
- Support CI/CD deployments using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
- Participate in UAT, production releases, and post-go-live support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience working with Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) concepts and implementations.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce security model.
- Experience with complex pricing, discounting, and approval workflows.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and governor limits.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Billing platforms (Zuora, Salesforce Billing).
- Exposure to CLM tools (Conga, Salesforce Contracts).

- Platform Developer I / II
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
