About AI Infrastructure Partners
AI Infrastructure Partners is building an operating company focused on the infrastructure that powers AI factories and next-generation compute. We are intentionally building a durable, well-run business with strong operational foundations from day one.
We are early-stage, fast-moving, and hands-on. This role is critical to keeping the company organized, aligned, and operational as we grow.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to serve as the central administrative, organizational, communication, and reporting hub of the company.
This role owns day-to-day business operations across accounting support, legal coordination, regulatory and compliance tracking, HR administration, light marketing support, and internal reporting. Just as importantly, this role is responsible for organizing information, facilitating workflows, and ensuring clear communication across the business—much of which runs through Slack.
The ideal candidate is not a narrow specialist, but a highly organized, systems-literate operator who enjoys owning execution, supporting leadership, and creating structure in a growing company.
You will work closely with company leadership and partner with our Director of Business Systems & AI Enablement, who designs and automates the underlying systems you will help run day to day.
Key Responsibilities

- Partner with the Director of Business Systems & AI Enablement to reduce manual work and improve leverage
Accounting & Finance Support
- Coordinate with external accountants and bookkeepers
- Manage expense workflows, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Support monthly close processes and reporting inputs
- Track invoices, payments, and vendor relationships
Legal, Regulatory & Compliance
- Coordinate with outside legal counsel
- Maintain entity records, contracts, NDAs, and corporate documentation

- Assist with coordinating content, announcements, and updates (e.g., LinkedIn posts, newsletters, internal communications)
- Help organize marketing materials, presentations, and basic collateral
- Coordinate with external marketing, design, or PR partners as needed
- Ensure marketing-related tasks move forward on time and with follow-through
Internal Reporting & Information Flow
- Support the preparation and organization of internal reports, dashboards, and updates
- Help compile data and inputs for leadership reporting
- Ensure recurring reports are accurate, timely, and consistently delivered
- Act as a connective layer between systems, data, and decision-makers
Qualifications & Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in business operations, administration, or office management

- Hands-on, execution-focused, and communication-heavy

- Collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Periodic light travel to Dallas and Houston
