Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Selkirk, MB, for a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will oversee financial strategy, manage financial operations, and ensure the organization’s fiscal health. Key responsibilities include financial planning, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing strategic recommendations to support business growth. The role also involves leading and mentoring a finance team to optimize performance and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning and Forecasting
- Strong experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Analytical Skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure accurate reporting
- Leadership experience and ability to guide and develop a finance team
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in financial operations
- A CPA or CFA designation, or equivalent financial certification, is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
