Role Overview
The Chief Sales Officer (CSO) will own the end-to-end national sales, revenue, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy across Crowdfunding and Lending. This role is responsible for scaling revenue from the hospitals, doctor partnerships, strong GTM execution, and disciplined unit economics. The CSO will lead large on-ground sales teams (200 FOS), drive partner-led growth across healthcare networks, and ensure the sustainable and profitable scaling of both businesses. Working closely with the Co-Founders and Leadership Team and operating at both strategic and execution levels, with deep ownership of outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own the national revenue charter for both Crowdfunding and Lending verticals.
- Drive balanced growth across both businesses, with a clear focus on generating quality revenue and achieving profitability.
- Ensure revenue growth is aligned with strong unit economics, margin improvement, and cost discipline.
- Build predictable pipelines, revenue forecasts, and execution rigor.
.2. Sales Strategy & Execution
- Lead and scale large on-ground field sales teams across Crowdfunding and Lending.
- Build scalable pipelines through Hospitals, Doctors, patient referral networks, and healthcare providers.
- Establish robust sales processes, CRM discipline, funnel governance, and forecasting mechanisms.
- Drive regional and city-level performance through clear targets, accountability, and execution rigor.
3. Hospital, Doctor & Healthcare Partnerships
- Build and deepen strategic partnerships with hospitals, doctors, clinics, and healthcare networks.
- Structure long-term partnerships that improve campaign volume, credibility, and fundraising outcomes.
- Identify and onboard strategic distribution partners and referral ecosystems to scale crowdfunding reach.
- Negotiate and close large hospital and enterprise healthcare partnerships.
4. Leadership & Team Building
- Directly manage the National Sales Head – Crowdfunding and the National Sales Head – Lending
- Build and lead high-performing Sales, Partnerships, and Business Development teams (400 Salesforce).
- Hire, mentor, and develop senior leaders and regional heads with a performance-driven culture.
- Define clear KPIs across acquisition, activation, conversion, and revenue realization.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Tech teams.
5. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion
- Partner closely with the Co-Founders to shape the long-term growth strategy, drive market expansion, and create new revenue streams through scaled and strategic partnerships.
- Identify new growth levers, cross-sell opportunities, and drive pilot initiatives, partnerships, and new GTM models to unlock scalable growth.
Experience & Background
- 15+ years of experience in Sales, Partnerships, Business Development, or Revenue Leadership roles.
- Strong exposure to Crowdfunding, Healthcare, Digital Platforms, etc.
- Proven track record of building and scaling large partnerships and revenue engines.
- Experience working closely with founders and leadership teams in high-growth environments.
