SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE
Onitsuka Tiger embarked on a new chapter on 1 October 2018, operating quasi-independently within the same legal framework as ASICS Corporation. This strategic shift was in response to the unique operational needs of the Onitsuka Tiger brand. Our goal is to elevate Onitsuka Tiger to the pinnacle of premium lifestyle brands on a global scale. As we strengthen our organizational structure to support our growth in Southeast Asia, we are in search of a dedicated Regional Senior Sales Operations Executive to actively engage in and support our business development initiatives.
The Regional Senior Sales Operations Executive will provide strategic operational support for end-to-end product launches and sales process optimization across the region. This role will work closely with the Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Logistics team to drive seamless product rollouts and feature adoption while managing product tools, workflows, and documentation systems. The position will also oversee after-sales operations including quality issues, warranty claims, and shipment discrepancies to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate end‑to‑end product launch activities (timelines, checklists, stakeholder alignment, go‑live readiness).
- Manage product tools and systems (road mapping, experimentation, analytics, feedback, documentation) and act as the primary administrator/contact point.
- Partner with Merchandising, Retail Operations , Marketing, and Logistics to ensure smooth roll‑out, communication, and adoption of new features.
- Support data quality, documentation, and knowledge management for product artifacts, playbooks, and best practices.
- Handle after-sales operations, including product quality issues, warranty claims and shipment discrepancy
- Maintain and improve product workflows and standard operating procedures (e.g. intake, prioritization, release processes, feedback loops).
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Sales or related major.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales support, product management, business operations, or related field. Experience in retail or fashion industry will be a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Effective communication and facilitation skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and improve processes proactively.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to problem solve independently.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Experience in ERP / SAP inventory management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
