YOUR MISSION:
This role is to support front end KA sales force in delivering profitable, sustainable market share and net sales growth by offering reliable, relevant and competitive service levels to assigned Key Accounts.
Task 1: Sales process management
Maintain and optimize end‑to‑end sales workflows, order books conversion processes, and standard operating procedures with the aim of delivering financial objectives.
Task 2: Data analysis and reporting
Produce regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and ad‑hoc analyses to inform leadership decisions. This includes management of order books, preparation of order books status, inbound and late arrivals.
Task 3: Forecasting and planning support
Produce sales forecasting and demand planning inputs in accordance to the financial targets.
Task 4: Sell in Support
To plan and operationalize sell-in orders submission process and consolidation. This includes PO management, order consolidation summary, support orders calibration exercise and articles top up / reduction process. Produce and share order book confirmation at account levels.
Task 5: Cross‑functional coordination To facilitate cross functional alignment and communication between key stakeholders – Key Account team, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Operations and IT as part of supporting go-to-market activities.
YOUR TALENT:
Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant studies.
Professional: Functional: 2 years of experience required. Preferably candidates from sport/footwear/fast fashion/FMCG industry.
IT Skills: Excel, SAP and Power BI - Advanced; PowerPoint - Basic
Language Skills: Other: Fluent in local language
