Token Relations is seeking a highly driven Head of Revenue & Operations to work directly with the founder and help scale the business even further as a category-defining company. Token Relations works with many of the leading ecosystems in crypto like Solana, Polygon, Avalanche, Chainlink, Ripple, and Aptos, to help them communicate their ecosystem and investor relations progress, strategy, and credibility to global institutional and retail audiences.
As Head of Revenue & Operations, you will be responsible for managing the systems and processes that support client acquisition, revenue tracking, and delivery across the organization. You will partner closely with the founder to support sales execution, client growth, and operational scale.
This role reports directly to the founder and plays a key role in ensuring that growth is predictable, organized, and sustainable.
What You'll Do
- Own the sales pipeline: lead tracking, outreach workflows, proposals, closes, renewals
- Support client negotiations, pricing, and deal structuring alongside the founder
- Build and maintain systems to track bookings, revenue, churn, and growth
- Work directly with the team to close high-value deals, while scoping out new partnership and client opportunities with decision-makers
- Create internal systems for project management, client delivery and reporting
- Own operational execution of new products and offerings once strategy is set
Who is this for?

Your Skills & Background
- 3–6+ years in revenue operations, sales ops, business operations, or startup leadership
- 3-6+ years in crypto sales, BD or operations
- Proven track record of closing five to six-figure deals
- Strong rolodex of C-suite and industry relationships
- Enjoy building sales processes and owning operational execution
- NYC-based
