Sales Operations Specialist | Global Technology Manufacturer
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support a leading global hardware manufacturer. If you have hands‑on experience in order management, customer operations, and cross‑functional coordination, this role offers the opportunity to partner closely with customers, sales teams, and internal planning groups to drive seamless execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure regular and effective communication with customers, sales teams, and internal cross‑functional groups
- Provide customer account support by identifying issues, resolving problems, and driving corrective actions
- Book customer orders in Oracle ERP, adjust ship dates based on factory planner input, and confirm shipment schedules
- Maintain full compliance with SOX, ISO, and company revenue recognition guidelines
- Drive quality, accuracy, and process consistency to meet customer service metrics
- Manage customer demand, inventory visibility, and supply alignment to support customer schedules
- Resolve operational issues—including logistics optimization—to meet customer needs
- Validate customer demand inputs and meet with customers to understand trends and inventory consumption
- Stay updated on product transitions and customer qualification status
- Collaborate with demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and finance to allocate supply
- Support operational projects such as ERP/IT changes impacting fulfillment and supply chain processes
- Report monthly and quarterly revenue performance and identify risks or opportunities
What You Bring:
- Experience handling operational challenges in order management, backlog management, scheduling, and customer issue resolution
- Prior Sales Operations experience is required
- Knowledge of MRP processes and end‑to‑end order fulfillment
- Oracle ERP experience (nice to have)
- Strong understanding of inventory management and shipping processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent relevant experience is acceptable

💵 Pay: $26– $29/hour.
