About the Role
We’re building a new AI product - a no code platform to build chat assistant and RAG applications; and are looking for a hands-on, AI-enabled marketer who can take full ownership of how this product is positioned, discovered, and adopted in the market.
This role is not about executing predefined campaigns. It’s about figuring out what works, building momentum from zero to scale, and continuously improving outreach and conversion using data, experimentation, and creativity.
This role requires an self-driven contributor who can understand the product and its offerings, collaborate with the product team, plan, create, execute, and monitor marketing initiatives across social media, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and presales support.
What we expect from you
Ownership & Initiative
- Take end-to-end ownership of product marketing and growth — from early positioning to sustained demand generation.
- Identify gaps, opportunities, and blind spots without being asked.
- Proactively propose and execute new growth ideas, experiments, and strategies.
Market & Product Understanding
- Deeply understand the AI product, its value proposition, and how it solves real customer problems.
- Translate technical AI capabilities into clear, compelling, and simple messaging for different audiences.
- Continuously refine positioning based on feedback, usage data, and market signals.
- Build and maintain a clear understanding of the competitive landscape, using ongoing research to influence positioning, messaging, and go-to-market decisions.
Growth & Outreach Strategy
- Design and drive outreach strategies that meaningfully increase awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
- Experiment with multiple channels (content, communities, partnerships, inbound, outbound, AI-driven campaigns, etc.) and double down on what converts.
- Build scalable systems rather than one-off campaigns.
Conversion & Impact
- Own conversion metrics across the funnel — awareness → interest → adoption.
- Use data to understand what’s working, what’s not, and why.
- Continuously optimize messaging, channels, and flows to improve conversion quality, not just volume.
AI-First Marketing Mindset
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to move faster, test more, and personalize outreach.
- Explore and implement AI-driven approaches to content creation, segmentation, experimentation, and analytics.
- Stay curious and up to date with emerging AI-led marketing techniques.
Collaboration & Influence
- Work closely with product, engineering, and leadership to align growth goals.
- Bring market insights back to the product team to influence the roadmap and features.
- Clearly communicate insights, experiments, wins, and learnings.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in AI or technology-focused products
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools
- Basic design skills or experience working with design tools
