Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Salesforce CPQ, along with solid Apex, LWC, and Integration skills. The role involves building scalable solutions, customizations, and integrations aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Lightning Framework
- Implement and enhance Salesforce CPQ (Products, Price Rules, Product Rules, Approval Processes, Quote Templates)
- Configure and customize Field Service Lightning (FSL) including:
- Work Orders, Service Appointments
- Scheduling & Optimization
- Mobile Workforce features
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware (MuleSoft/Boomi preferred)
- Write efficient Apex Triggers, Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled classes
- Build reusable LWC components following best practices
- Ensure code quality using Salesforce governor limits, security, and performance standards
- Support deployments, bug fixes, and production issues
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and QA teams
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Apex, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Solid experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Working knowledge of Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Experience with Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP, Named Credentials, Auth Providers)
- Understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing)
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD
Good to Have:
- Salesforce CPQ or FSL certification
- Experience with mobile workforce or service domain projects
- Exposure to performance tuning and large data volumes
- Basic understanding of OmniStudio / Flow is a plus
