Job Title: Digital GTM Manager
Client Location: London - hybrid
Starting: March 2026
Pay Comments: up to £41.21/hr
Hours: 35-hour week
Duration: 12 months
Job Description:
Our client is looking for a Digital GTM expert who is a true customer champion, insight-driven, and willing to challenge the status quo to lead transformation. Taking calculated risks, seeking innovation, and executing at scale will be critical in this role, as you will be responsible for maximising the client’s Net New Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from Document Cloud products across all surfaces.
You will be part of the Digital GTM & Sales team, responsible for driving growth across the client’s Go-To-Market (GTM) products. The team focuses on scaling customer acquisition, improving customer retention, and shaping marketing and GTM roadmaps that deliver measurable commercial impact.
A deep understanding of digital marketing practices across customer segments will be essential, as you will partner with multiple internal teams to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive improved customer experiences, increased new customer acquisition, and greater customer retention. This includes working closely with Marketing, the client’s website team, Product, and global teams, as well as relevant external agencies, to define, document, and execute the strategic priorities for the EMEA Digital Media business.
You will provide business-critical insights through advanced analytical skills, extracting meaningful insights that inform EMEA market roadmaps and programmes and feed into wider corporate strategies. The team is highly analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic approach to execution, built on strong, positive relationships across the organisation. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering opportunities to accelerate performance and drive sales conversion tactics across the EMEA region.
What You’ll Do
- Drive growth across GTM products by accelerating new customer acquisition and strengthening customer retention through data-led optimisation.
- Own and improve conversion performance metrics across digital journeys, identifying friction points and implementing scalable solutions to increase ARR.
- Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that inform GTM strategy, marketing roadmaps, and commercial priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape and execute marketing and GTM roadmaps, ensuring alignment with regional and global growth objectives.
- Operate effectively within a highly matrixed, complex organisation, proactively navigating dependencies and removing blockers to drive execution.
- Leverage advanced analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance, surface insights, and track the impact of optimisation initiatives (training provided where required).
- Develop and deliver compelling performance narratives for stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, to influence decision-making and secure alignment.
- Maintain a strong bias for action, demonstrating resilience and accountability while driving initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
What You Need to Succeed
- You are tenacious and resilient, with experience owning a sales target and holding others accountable for delivery.
- You are a strong communicator, able to adapt your style to different audiences. Storytelling and the ability to articulate complex data sets are essential.
- You are experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships within a corporate, matrix organisation.
- You have e-commerce experience within an international business environment and a strong ability to work with complex data sets, including hands-on digital trading experience in a consumer sales context.
- A deep understanding of — and ability to influence — brand, demand generation, campaigns, audience segmentation, and cross-visit targeting for acquisition and retention is critical to driving sales success.
- The ability to work effectively across teams and bring cross-functional stakeholders together is essential in a matrix organisation.
- This role requires outstanding commercial acumen and strong influencing and communication skills. High emotional intelligence, along with a drive for change, is essential.
- You are customer-centric in your thinking and consistently challenge yourself and others to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
