Our firm is a retained only executive search firm conducting a highly visible CFO engagement on behalf of Premier Dental, a global manufacturer of consumable dental products. Premier is a portfolio company of Radial Equity Partners (https://www.radialequity.com/). The CFO’s highly competitive compensation package includes wealth creation equity and does not require prior PE experience.
With a growth strategy focusing on innovation, new product development, commercial effectiveness, and M&A, Premier sells its products through distributors like Henry Schein who then distribute to DSOs, private practices, and dental hygiene schools.
The CFO will have a significant impact on the company, playing an integral leadership role in driving the VCP. A key leader and partner to the CEO and Board, the CFO will be responsible for leading all financial aspects of the company including establishing a data-informed, performance-oriented culture as well as supporting initiatives to scale operations, improve margins, and provide meaningful analytics and business insights.
Top candidates will build finance from the ground up, with systems that deliver reliable data and give leaders the headlights to make critical decisions. This CFO must grasp the strategic subtleties of the business and effectively ‘tell the story,” providing valued clarity to the LT. The CFO will lead a team of 11 and be based in Plymouth Meeting, PA, working includes 3 days/week in the office.
Qualified candidates will be strategic, operationally oriented CFOs with 15+ years of progressive leadership experience that ideally will include working in a manufacturing and distribution business.
