We invite a seasoned financial executive with a strong background in Department of Defense (DoD) contracting and accounting, supplemented by a comprehensive understanding of business accounting practices, to apply for the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This executive-level position is designed for an individual with a minimum of 15 years of progressive financial management experience, demonstrating proven leadership in navigating and implementing financial operations within DoD-contracted environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight: Lead and manage all financial operations and department staff, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to industry best practices.
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously refine financial strategies that drive sustainable organizational growth and long-term profitability.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) regulations and accounting standards, as well as other applicable federal guidelines.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in finance, with a robust portfolio of senior financial leadership roles, particularly within DoD contracting environments.
- Expertise: Extensive knowledge of both DoD contracting and business accounting practices, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced degree such as an MBA is preferred.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly valued.
