Opportunity
As a RevOps Executive, you'll own day-to-day HubSpot administration across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations hubs. This hands-on role removes blockers, boosts data quality, and enables Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams to execute faster - perfect for early-career RevOps pros eyeing future Revenue Operations Manager growth.
Your Role:
- HubSpot Mastery: Administer users, permissions, pipelines, custom objects, and properties; train new starters and act as first-line support.
- Data Excellence: Maintain hygiene across 40k+ contact records; build dashboards/reports for Sales, Marketing, Client Success, and leadership.
- Process Power: Optimise workflows for lead routing, scoring, deals, renewals; align with Saville's MEDDICC methodology and GTM motion.
- Cross-Team Impact: Translate commercial needs into HubSpot solutions; support integrations, onboarding, and continuous improvements like HubSpot AI.
- Enablement: Create guides, drive adoption, and stay ahead with certifications and best practices.
What You Bring
1+ years in commercial ops, CRM, marketing/sales ops, or similar. Hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales/Marketing Hubs essential), workflow building, data quality skills, dashboard creation. Proactive mindset, strong organisation, clear communication for non-tech users. Bonus: HubSpot certs, SaaS/B2B/PE-backed exposure.
