About the Role
As Sales Operations Officer, you will be an essential part of the Central Operations team. You'll manage and continuously improve the HubSpot CRM, provide critical support to the sales team, and ensure sales operations run efficiently. This is a varied and dynamic role for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and making a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM & Sales Technology
- Own and optimise the HubSpot CRM platform as primary administrator and subject matter expert
- Design and maintain automated workflows that streamline sales processes
- Develop dashboards and reports providing real-time visibility into sales performance
- Ensure data integrity and translate complex data into actionable insights
Event Management & Supplier Liaison
- Plan, coordinate, and execute sales and marketing events including conferences and exhibitions
- Act as primary point of contact for event logistics, liaising with suppliers and external partners
- Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure successful execution
Sales Support & Documentation
- Support the sales team with preparation of documentation, bids, and proposals
- Maintain library of templates, case studies, and supporting materials
- Assist with tender responses and RFP documentation
Channel Partner Administration
- Work closely with the Channel Manager to provide administrative support for partnerships
- Maintain partner records and communication in HubSpot
- Support partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflow creation, reporting, and administration
- Strong organisational and project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Confident communicator with experience liaising with external suppliers and partners
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
Desirable:
- HubSpot certification(s)
- Experience in a B2B or cyber security/technology environment
- Event management or coordination experience
- Experience with channel or partner programmes
