Sales Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid-Milton Keynes based (Tue and Wed) with occasional UK Travel and stayovers
As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Sales operations manager to join our team
In the role of Sales Operations Manager, you will be working with our Commercial team and the Overseas team (with potential for others). You will foster strong relationships with multiple teams, such as Commercial Finance, Marketing, Product Development and Sales teams.
As the Sales Operations manager it will be critical in building support and momentum for some of the key initiatives and changes that drive behaviour and results for our sales teams.
Our objective is to enhance sales teams' impact on business by improving productivity and efficiency
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will become an integral part of the sales team, attending anything from tactical to monthly meetings (Occasional UK travel with potential stayovers may be required). You will be responsible for turning these meetings into prioritised, actionable plans for yourself, the Sales Operations team and wider Rightmove cross functions. You will own the What, How, and When.
- You will be responsible for the ongoing assessment and implementation of sales tools, league tables, remuneration plans, and processes for the sales team, that focus on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity at scale.
- Driving the use and monitoring of the CRM; ensuring accurate and timely data for reporting and forecasting.
- Sourcing and ensuring leads and tasks are followed up and closed off correctly within the CRM.
- Meeting changes in the market or objectives within the team by ensuring appropriate sales team structures and headcount are in place to drive success.
Who You Are
- Proven experience working in a role of similar responsibility/seniority, within a high-performing sales team across all levels.
- Can demonstrate creating a positive impact on business outcomes, doing things the right way to foster continual support.
- Extensive knowledge of CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and the ability to leverage other technology solutions to drive success.
- Excellent project management skills, with a focus on efficiency and organization.
- Fast learner, inquisitive, and motivated by challenges.
- Thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment with continual prioritisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, solutions-driven attitude.
- Can effectively communicate with different stakeholders using multiple methods (written, project boards, and verbal).
- Lead and facilitate group discussions with colleagues who have differing roles, priorities, and opinions.
- Strong analytical skills, using data to inform and assist with decision-making.
- Proven success in project delivery and change management.
- Ability to handle secure and confidential information responsibly.
