CK Power is looking for a Techno-Functional Oracle Fusion CX & CPQ Analyst at our St. Louis, MO location. The Techno-Functional Oracle Fusion CX & CPQ Analyst is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX) and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) applications. This role bridges sales, operations, and IT, ensuring the business can efficiently manage quoting, pricing, and customer relationship processes through Oracle Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate combines business process expertise with hands-on technical skills to streamline the lead-to-quote-to-order lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion CX (Sales, Service, and Subscription Management) and Oracle CPQ Cloud to align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to optimize quoting, approval, and pricing workflows.
- Design and maintain product, pricing, and discount rules within Oracle CPQ, ensuring accuracy and consistency across business units.
- Work with technical teams to integrate Oracle CPQ with ERP, CRM, and eCommerce systems.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to track quote conversion rates, pricing accuracy, and customer experience metrics.
- Participate in testing, training, and rollout activities for new system releases and enhancements.
- Provide ongoing support for users, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with Oracle Support when needed.
- Monitor Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and recommend adoption of new features and best practices.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience as a techno-functional analyst or application consultant, with a focus on Oracle Fusion CX and/or CPQ Cloud.
- Strong understanding of sales quoting, pricing, and approval processes within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Hands-on experience configuring Oracle CPQ rules, workflows, and integrations.
- Familiarity with integration tools (OIC, REST APIs) and reporting platforms (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
What Helps:
- Oracle Cloud certification(s) in CX or CPQ preferred.
