Accountabilities

- Partner with Technology and Analytics teams to implement AI-driven capabilities.
- Own a global program charter with clear milestones and governance.
- Define and track program KPIs and success metrics.
- Run rapid pilots with global customer success teams.
- Collaborate with CS Ops to drive insights for prioritizing customer engagement.
- Drive consistent adoption of AI-powered workflows across regions.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Customer Success or related fields.
