Summary:
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll be a key member of the Americas Sales Operations team, partnering with regional Sales and Sales Leadership to drive performance across the region. In this role, you will provide the insights, tools, training, and operational guidance that empower our field Sales teams to succeed.
You’ll take ownership of reporting, data analysis, performance metrics, and best‑practice recommendations—turning data into actionable strategies that directly impact revenue and growth.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with field Sales, Global and Regional Sales Operations, and Business Line/Support teams worldwide. If you’re energetic, detail‑oriented, and passionate about using data to solve problems and influence business decisions, you will thrive here. We are looking for someone who brings curiosity, strong business acumen, and a drive for operational excellence.
Job Requirements/ Responsibilities:
- Sales Operations sits at the center of the organization. While our primary mission is supporting the regional Sales and Sales Leadership teams, we collaborate daily with Finance, Supply Chain, Business Operations, and other internal partners. Depending on your role, you may also participate in customer-facing business reviews. Success in this role means confidently navigating across teams to deliver the best outcomes.
- Our work is ultimately focused on removing obstacles for the sales team so they can focus on winning new designs (projects), maximizing revenue, and staying aligned with company processes and priorities. We drive frontline effectiveness, and your contributions will be felt directly in the field.
- You’ll own daily, weekly, and quarterly analytics that matter. This includes reporting related to revenue, resales, inventory, and design wins. Strong Excel skills (Pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query) along with solid business acumen are required to succeed and grow.
- You will work with large, complex datasets and turn them into insight. A great candidate knows the difference between simply producing data and delivering actionable information that influences decisions and provides critical insight.
- You’ll collect and synthesize business-critical inputs. This includes revenue and design forecasts, market commentary, and other strategic priorities. Strong communication skills are essential—as is the ability to constantly improve your processes to ensure high-quality inputs and outputs, while minimizing the burden on the field team.
- You will grow continuously—because no two days are the same. While some cycles repeat, this role offers constant opportunities to stretch and expand your skill set. NXP encourages thoughtful risk-taking and continuous improvement, and we’ll challenge you to take on new responsibilities as your capabilities grow.
- As you advance in your role, you’ll receive broader managerial direction and the autonomy to operate within wide decision-making parameters. You’ll own meaningful work, influence outcomes, and help shape the direction of the business.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Services, and/or Sales.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently and clearly express concepts—written, verbal, and in presentations—to both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Self‑motivated, accountable, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment across both in‑person and virtual settings.
- Ability to confidently and assertively express concepts clearly and precisely in written, verbal and presentation communication with Customers and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and accountable, adaptably to change in a highly multifaceted/exciting in-person and virtual work environment.
- Advanced experience with Excel (including Power Query), and familiarity with Power BI or other large‑scale data/reporting tools.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
