ROLE OVERVIEW
The Revenue Operations Assistant is responsible for executing clearly defined clerical and administrative support tasks, including email execution, trial setup, account support, billing and collections and CRM maintenance. This role does not involve selling products, pitching prospects, or negotiating contracts.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working through structured workflows. This position is well suited for someone who enjoys operational support work and wants exposure to how a B2B business functions behind the scenes. The successful candidate will work directly with the sales team and report to the Head of Business Development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Revenue Support
- Send outbound and follow-up emails in line with company best practices
- Set up free trials and ensure accounts are configured correctly
- Support ongoing free trials and subscriptions
- Handle routine inbound and outbound email correspondence related to trials and account setup
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Assist in preparing contracts, invoices and collecting payments
CRM and Data Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including contacts, accounts, and deal stages
- Ensure sales data is clean, organized, and up to date
- Track trial activity and basic engagement signals for internal reporting
- Flag incomplete or inconsistent data for correction
- Support projects to identify sales prospects
- Increase data quality for platform features

Pay: $50,000.00-$62,500.00 per year
