Go To Market (GTM) Lead

By combining computer vision and predictive analytics, we enable organizations to proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ultimately save lives. Our platforms are currently deployed all over the world, covering more than 500 million square meters!
We’re looking for a GTM Lead to work directly alongside our CEO. You’ll essentially be his right hand man/woman, and you’ll be leading efforts to expand our reach into new markets. This is one of our most critical positions and we’re searching for somebody that is able to be fully invested in the Ailytics mission.
This role involves significant travel and collaboration across multiple time zones. There will be periods of high intensity, particularly during new market entry. We believe in ownership and flexibility over rigid schedules, and this role is best suited for someone who is motivated by impact and autonomy rather than fixed working hours.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design, validate, experiment and execute market entry strategies, including direct sales, channel partners, system integrators, and strategic alliances in regions such as America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East.
- Represent Ailytics at industry events, trade shows, and key customer meetings globally.
- Actively engage customers, partners, regulators, and ecosystem players on the ground.
- Lead early-stage commercial execution in new markets, from first conversations to first deals.
- Work alongside our Tech and Customer Success teams to help adapt our product to fit new market requirements.

- This is a high-ownership, high-impact role with periods of significant intensity. Success requires mental resilience, physical stamina, and comfort operating in demanding environments.
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous and self-driven work environment. We do not have a GTM playbook, nor do we have a whole team for this. You + our CEO is the team.
- Prior experience in GTM, business development, or some related market expansion roles will be a must have.
- Experience working in different cultural environments and being intellectually curious would be a big bonus.
- An actual interest in what Ailytics is actually doing.
