- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, negotiating compensation packages or related negotiation experience.
- Experience owning and managing business and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to have a high sense of operational rigour, data oriented, problem-solving and result driven mindset.
- Ability to proactively flag challenges and trends to the appropriate stakeholders (e.g. Hiring Manager, Staffing Leads, People Partners, Compensation etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Recruit top talent in APAC by leveraging recruiting processes, tools and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
- Advocate and create an excellent experience, support assessment, evaluate skills and customer needs, and drive the interview and offer process.
- Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide status updates on open roles, and opportunity to work with executive stakeholders.
- Manage recruiting initiatives to meet established goals. Improve the new hire, hiring manager, and recruiter experience.
- Partner with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to build solutions for various objectives.
