Seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our privately held, growing, dynamic, business with $200+ million in annual revenues based in the Greater Cincinnati metropolitan area. The CFO position and his/her team would be responsible for all accounting functions, financial administration, timely financial reporting, and compliance for the organization.
In addition to the above responsibilities this position would be an active and contributing member of the Executive Management Team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- · Analyze and manage the organization’s liabilities and investments.
- · Manage Key Banking Relationships.
- · Determine finance KPI’s and help with development of key organizational KPI’s.
- · Track and project cash flow.
- · Supervise finance personnel such as controllers, and other key accounting staff
- · Manage and retain relationships with various Strategic Professional Partners such as law firms, accounting firms, banks
- · Oversee timely delivery of accurate monthly and annual financial statements
- · Oversee and finalize annual forecasting and budget planning
- · Adhere to the law and company’s policies.
- · Being a leader and mentor to all department heads within the financial and accounting departments
- · Leading with a sense of urgency and setting expectations on required internal deadlines

Preferred Experience:
- · Previous working experience as CFO or finance leader in privately held business.
- · Previous experience/training in public accounting firm
- · Demonstrated growth or advancement in previous finance leadership roles
- · Accredited CPA
